THE HOUSE

CAP SUR MER 

IS A NON SMOKER ENVIRONNEMENT

Located on the cliff of Cap-à-l'Aigle
with a  panoramic view on the St-laurence river and the bay of La Malbaie.

Land of 6 acres with pedestriend trails that gives access to the river.

 

 
At ground floor, 1200 square feet are available for guests (2 to 4 people).
2 closed bedrooms with Queen size bed,
a huge living and
dining room with a full kitchen (including a  dishwasher ),
1 bathroom (including bath, shower, washer/dryer).

 

   

IMPORTANT:

If needed, the second level can be reserved (6 to 8 pers), adding 1000 sq  foot, 2 closed bedrooms with Queen size bed, 1 bathroom (bath, shower), a panoramic living room and a second balcony.
